No mate, the StediMate doesn’t fold.
We kept it as one solid piece so there’s zero wobble, zero flex, and no hinge movement. Just rock-steady underfoot every time.

- slide it straight into the door well, or
- pop it just inside the door wrapped in a towel.
Because it’s one solid unit, you simply lift it off, put it inside, and you’re done. First thing you grab when you pull up, last thing you pack away.

We’ve designed it to fit around 95% of Aussie van steps, except for galvanised/pressed steps.

As long as the bottom step folds down normally, the StediMate hooks underneath and gives you that extra steady platform.
